The Rules
(really a list of rights and responsibilities)

1.  You agree to post only philatelically associated wanted-to-trade and wanted-to-buy messages. 

2.  Nothing you post will be considered copyrighted material.  By posting a message, you agree to forego any claim to intellectual rights to either text, embedded images or the ideas or concepts contained in what is posted, should someone copy your text and adopt it in their own messages.  By posting a message, you agree as author or the one who copied the author's work in whole or in part, to hold the webmaster and any other users harmless from any claims.  By posting a message, you agree to not contact the webmaster with any complaints about deficient performance on the part of anyone from whom you buy material or trade. 

3.  You agree to not use the list for any purposes that is contrary to laws, rules and regulations that are applicable in any place you situate youself and from where you or any agent of yours will manage your message and deal with inquiries or orders. 

4.  By using this service you agree that on request of any reader, to either improve any message you place here, to remedy any deficiency in content and appearance that is brought to your attention (especially, to include the elimination of omissions in detail and ambiguities), or to delete the offending message. 

5.  The webmaster has the right, without advance notice, without incurring any liability whatsoever and without having any obligation to grant an appeal to any decision taken, to delete any posted message at any time.  By putting a message here, you agree that  there are no due process rights under any law that you can claim that entitles you to have your message kept on display.  If a message is deleted or otherwise disappears, you agree that lost opportunity is not damage.
